Dustin & Ashley met in the 1st grade, but the real love story began in the 3rd grade when they had their first play date. Throughout the years, they dated their fair share of other people, but everything changed in 2004 when Dustin went to Florida with his family and decided to make the best decision of his life: he called Ashley, wished her Happy Valentine’s Date, then asked her out on their first date. That was 10 years ago.

I feel so lucky to have been able to photograph Dustin & Ashley’s wedding. They are the definition of marrying your best friend and life partner, through thick and thin. I had the best time spending the day with them at beautiful Calippe Preserve Golf Course with their hilarious wedding party (see socks below), a beautiful sunset, and a family who knows how to work it on the dance floor.
